Another fun holiday find. This one comes from Sally Colby at Nutzen Bolts Workshop. I first noticed her work when she incorporated one of Junkmill's pulp comic covers in a whimsical robot. Now I'm loving her holiday robots, each one crafted from found objects and sized to hang on the tree. Sally claims she is “inspired by a long time love of kitsch and other old stuff." I'm inspired by her ability to see random objects as eyes, arms, legs and other robot anatomy. You can adopt one of her amazing creations through her Etsy shop.
